​Custom Doll Ordering

Before ordering your custom BJD doll, please read this entirely and carefully. 

• ALL custom dolls are non-returnable and non-refundable because our dolls are custom handmade per your request.
• ​Our BJD resin dolls are handmade from scratch, therefore it will take about 1-2 months to complete depends on how many dolls we have to make at the moment.
• We only have one original mold for the Resin doll face and doll body, therefore it cannot be changed. We will our best to paint the doll’s face to make with your makeup as closely as possible, but it is not an 100% guarantee that it will look the same as your original picture.
• We will try our best to make the doll’s outfit, hair style, hair color, crown and sash to look like the picture you send to us; however it might not look exactly the same (for example: the fabric material, the wigs color might not be exactly like the real hair, etc.)
• ​It is our goal to provide you an enjoyable experience. However, if the doll arrives damaged during the shipping process, please contact us to open a claim within 7 days of the doll’s arrival. In some cases, we will require the doll to be sent back to us so we can repair the doll.
• We offer Free Domestic Shipping within the US only. Currently, we do not ship outside the US.
• ​We accept all major credit card payment via Square, Venmo and Zelle.​
